A new ASU Mobile App

ASU Enterprise Technology released a redesigned ASU Mobile App experience for iOS and Android users on March 10.

The updated ASU Mobile App app includes:

Faster performance and improved reliability
A streamlined experience focused on:
- Mobile ID and digital credentials (with no impact to existing Apple Wallet users)
- Sun Devil Rewards - games, challenges, and Pitchforks

📱 iOS users (iPhone)

Do not delete the app.
If automatic updates are enabled, the new version will install automatically.
If automatic updates are not enabled:
- Open the App Store.
- Find the ASU Mobile App.
- Select Update.

🤖 Android users

Delete the current ASU Mobile App from your device.
Go to the Google Play Store.
Download and install the new ASU Mobile App.

Before deleting the app, we recommend checking your profile to confirm which email you used to sign up for Sun Devil Rewards.

Sun Devil Rewards login help

If you signed up with an ASURITE email (@asu.edu):

Select ASURITE sign-in when logging back in.
Use your ASURITE password.

If you forgot your ASURITE password:

Visit: https://weblogin.asu.edu/password/lostpassword
(We are not able to reset ASURITE passwords.)

If you signed up with a personal email and need help resetting your password:

Email [email protected] for help.

FAQs

Will I lose my Pitchforks?
No — your Pitchforks will remain in your account.

Are any features being removed?
Only one change: Tug O’ War photos are taking a final bow. The game will remain.
